If you want to return an order that was sold directly by Mädchenflohmarkt, but there are problems, check the following points:
Order directly from Mädchenflohmarkt:
- Have the items you want to return really been sent directly from Mädchenflohmarkt? Check this in your order overview. The direct “Initiate return” function is only available for items that were sold directly by Mädchenflohmarkt.
- Receipt of the confirmation: Check in your order overview whether your order has the status “Product received”. If not, click on “Product received”. Only then is it possible to initiate a return.
Right of return: Check whether you are still within the 100-day right of return. You can only initiate a return within this period. - Delivery address in Germany: Check your delivery address. Free returns are only possible within Germany. For returns from abroad, we can only cover the shipping costs if the item demonstrably does not correspond to the product description. In this case, please report the return request via the “Report problem” function under My orders.
