Order Return Process
For all orders, you can easily return your order within 30 days for unworn items. Returns are free of charge within Germany and you can download your free return label yourself. You can either use a DHL QR code for shipping and simply present it at a DHL post office or packing station, or print out the label yourself.
Here we explain step by step how the return process works so that you can easily send your items back.
Step 1: Pack your items and start the return process
- Start by packing your unworn items securely for shipping. It is important that they are returned in the condition in which they were received.
- Log in to your user profile and navigate to “My Orders.” Here you can initiate a return for the relevant items up to 30 days after receipt.
In the Mädchenflohmarkt app: In the order details, you can click directly on the “Return item” button. - Via the website/mobile website: Scroll to the very bottom of the order. Here you will find the pink “Return item” button.
- Select the reasons for returning the item and confirm your return. After confirmation, you will be provided with a DHL QR code or a free return label (DHL parcel) to download. It is best to save this immediately.
- Print out the label and attach it to your return package in a clearly visible place.
Step 2: Send the return
- You can now drop off your package at any DHL parcel shop or Packstation. We recommend sending the package as soon as possible, ideally within a few business days. Please be sure to comply with the 30-day return policy.
- DHL QR code: Please note that it can take 5-10 minutes for the QR code data to be transferred to DHL. It is therefore best to request the QR code before you arrive at the DHL branch/packing station, as otherwise you may receive an “invalid code” error message. If this happens, simply wait a few minutes and try again. Simply show the QR code to DHL, who will print your label and stick it on the package.
- Print the DHL shipping label yourself: Of course, you can also simply download the shipping label yourself, print it out, and stick it on the package. This shipping label is also already prepaid and can be handed in at the post office.
Please keep the return receipt in a safe place. This is your proof that the items have been shipped.
Step 3: Get refund
- As soon as we receive your returned order, we will begin the quality control and refund process.
We strive to process returns quickly, but it can take up to 14 business days after your return is shipped for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. You will be notified of the cancellation of your order by email.
Returns from professional sellers
If your order was not shipped directly from Mädchenflohmarkt but from a professional seller (Stuffle or Buddyandselly), you will also receive a free return label. All orders from our professional sellers are also subject to a 30-day return policy. You can find detailed information on how returns work with professional sellers here.
Returns to the seller “Stuffle”: For Stuffle products, there is a flyer with a QR code for the returns portal directly in the package, which you can scan to download your free label or QR code for the return.
Returns to the seller “Buddy&Selly”: At Buddyandselly, you can download and print the return label directly in the order overview under “My Orders.” You can find the return label in the app via the three dots on the right.
