This article describes where the status of an order can be viewed and what delivery times can be expected. Delivery times vary depending on whether you have ordered directly from Mädchenflohmarkt or from a retailer.
Delivery times of orders
f you order an item through Mädchenflohmarkt, the usual delivery time within Germany is between 1-3 working days for orders shipped directly from Mädchenflohmarkt. For deliveries to other EU countries it may take a little longer.
Order tracking

Insured shipping via DHL when shipped by Mädchenflohmarkt: Delivery takes place within 1-3 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you can track the shipment. You can find the shipment number in your account under “My orders” or in your e-mail inbox in the shipping confirmation.

Delivery delays
If your delivery does not arrive within the specified delivery time and you have not received any other information from us or the retailer, please proceed as follows.
Order has not been shipped yet
- Go to "My orders" in your customer account.
- Click here on the details of the order on report a problem "My seller does not deliver".
or “Contact support”. Our customer service will then check the status of your order.
Order already shipped, but not yet arrived
- Go to "My orders" in your account.
- Click on the order details here. Please use the “Contact seller/support” function here. Customer service will then check where your order is.
