Package undeliverable: reasons and measures
- If a parcel could not be delivered successfully, this is often because the buyer was not present at the time of delivery. In such cases, the parcel is often forwarded to a nearby post office or packing station and you should find a corresponding notification in your letterbox.
- Perhaps the parcel was delivered to a neighbor or roommate? Check whether this is the case.
You have a deposit agreement with DHL. If so, DHL has the option of leaving your parcel there without a recipient's signature. Check whether your parcel is there. - Check the shipment history using your shipment number to find out exactly where your parcel is.
Return to sender or compensation for damages
If the parcel is not collected or could not be delivered for other reasons, it is usually returned to the sender. In rare cases, there are parcels that are lost during shipping. In these cases, you are covered by our insured shipping methods.

Report the problem “Contact support” under “My orders” and explain your concern. Customer service will then look at the progress of your order and get in touch with you.
If the parcel has been returned to the logistics center, we will cancel the order. You can then simply order your item again. If you contact us in advance and request a second shipment, we will make all the necessary arrangements.
If the parcel is actually lost in the post, you will of course receive a full refund from our customer service.

Contact your retailer here under “My orders” via “Contact seller” and ask them if the package has been returned. You can then discuss a reshipment if desired.
